Delivery Information 

If you need to change your delivery date, please notify us at least 2 days in advance. We are unable to change delivery dates on the scheduled day.

Click & Collect is available with at least one day's notice.

Please add a note with your collection date before checkout.

Delivery 

Standard Delivery (LS1, LS2, LS3) – £5

Upgrade Delivery (LS4, LS5, LS6, LS8, LS9, LS10) – £7.5

Premium Delivery (LS7, LS11, LS12, LS14, LS15) – £10

Monday to Friday: 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Saturday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

If you require same-day delivery or delivery outside of the listed postcodes, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Terms

• If no one is available to receive the delivery, our team may leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a safe location unless instructed otherwise by the customer. If neither option is possible, the order will be returned to our shop.

• If we do not receive further instructions within 24 hours, we cannot be held responsible, and no refund will be issued. The flowers will still be available for collection, but freshness cannot be guaranteed.

• If an incorrect address is provided and redelivery is required, an additional delivery fee will apply.

• In case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to delay or cancel the order. If this happens, we will notify you and offer a full refund.
